Numbers 22:3-4
New King James Version
3 And (A)Moab was exceedingly afraid of the people because they were many, and Moab was sick with dread because of the children of Israel. 4 So Moab said to (B)the elders of Midian, “Now this company will [a]lick up everything around us, as an ox licks up the grass of the field.” And Balak the son of Zippor was king of the Moabites at that time.

3 and Moab was terrified because there were so many people. Indeed, Moab was filled with dread(A) because of the Israelites.
4 The Moabites(B) said to the elders of Midian,(C) “This horde is going to lick up everything(D) around us, as an ox licks up the grass of the field.(E)”
So Balak son of Zippor, who was king of Moab at that time,
