¹⁶ Also, how will we know if you are pleased with me and these people? If you go with us, we will know for sure. If you don’t go with us, these people and I will be no different from any other people on the earth.”

¹⁷ Then the Lord said to Moses, “I will do what you ask. I will do this because I am pleased with you and because I know you very well.”^[a]

¹⁸ Then Moses said, “Now, please show me your Glory.”
