2 Pet 2:10

2:10 blaspheme the glorious ones. Probably a reference to angels. The statement in v. 11 that “whereas angels . . . do not pronounce a blasphemous judgment against them” (cf. Jude 10, 11) indicates that evil angels are in view. When warned of the danger of falling into the power of the spiritual forces of evil (cf. 1 Cor. 5:5; 1 Tim. 1:20), the false teachers apparently mocked the power of the devil and his demons. Even today, a flippant attitude toward Satan and his power can lead to spiritual danger.
