-
Therefore whoever relaxes one of the least of these commandments · and teaches others to do the same · will be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does them and teaches others, this person will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
-
“You have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not murder,’ and, ‘whoever murders will be liable to judgment.’
-
But I say to you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be liable to judgment; and whoever says to his brother, ‘Raka,’ will be liable to the council; and whoever says, ‘You fool!’ will be liable to the hell of fire.
-
But I say to you that whoever · looks at a woman to · lust after her has already committed adultery with her in · his heart.
-
“And it was said, ‘Whoever divorces · his wife, let him give her a written notice of divorce.’
-
But I say to you that anyone who divorces · his wife, except on the ground of sexual immorality, makes her commit adultery, and whoever marries a divorced woman is made to commit adultery.
-
But I say to you, do not resist the evildoer; but whoever slaps you on · your right cheek, turn to him the other as well.
-
And whoever compels you to go one mile, go with him two.
-
but whoever disowns me before · others, I will disown him before · my Father who is in · heaven.
-
Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me, and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
-
And whoever does not take up · his cross and follow me is not worthy of me.
-
Whoever finds · his life will lose it, but whoever loses · his life for my sake will find it.
-
“Whoever receives you receives me, and whoever receives me receives the one who sent me.
-
Whoever welcomes a prophet because he is a prophet will receive a prophet’s reward, and whoever welcomes a righteous person because he is a righteous person will receive a righteous person’s reward.
-
And whoever, because he is a disciple, gives one of these little ones even a cup of cold water to drink, I tell you the truth, he will by no means lose · his reward.”
-
And whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit · will not be forgiven, neither in this · age nor in the age to come.
-
For whoever does the will of my Father · in heaven, he is my brother and sister and mother.”
-
· For God said, ‘Honor your father and your mother,’ and, ‘Whoever speaks evil of his father or mother must be put to death.’
-
But you say, ‘Whoever says to his father or his mother, “Whatever benefit you might have received from me is a gift to God,”
-
For whoever resolves to save · his life will lose it; but whoever loses · his life for my sake will find it.
-
For whoever humbles himself as · this child is · greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
-
And whoever welcomes a child like this in · my name welcomes me.
-
But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a large millstone hung around · his neck and be drowned far out at · · sea.
-
But I say to you, whoever divorces · his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another, commits adultery.”
-
It will not be so among you. But whoever would be great among you must be your servant,
-
and whoever would be first among you must be your servant;
-
And whoever will exalt himself will be humbled, and whoever will humble himself will be exalted.
-
but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit · will not have forgiveness for all time, but is guilty of an eternal sin”
-
For whoever does the will of God, this one is my brother and my sister and my mother.”
-
And he said, “Whoever has ears to hear, let him listen!”
-
For whoever has, more will be given to him; and whoever does not have, even what he does have will be taken away from him.”
-
For Moses said, ‘Honor · your father and · your mother,’ and, ‘Whoever speaks evil of father or mother must be put to death.’
-
For whoever wishes to save · his life will lose it, but whoever will lose · his life for my sake and that of the gospel will save it.
-
For whoever is ashamed of me and · my words in · this · adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will also be ashamed of him when he comes in the glory of his Father with his holy angels.” ·
-
“Whoever receives one of these children in · my name, receives me; and whoever receives me, receives not me but the one who sent me.”
-
For whoever is not against us is for us.
-
For I tell you the truth, whoever gives you a cup of water to drink because you bear the name of Christ will most certainly not lose · his reward.
-
“And whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him if a large millstone were hung around · his neck and he were thrown into the sea.
-
And he said to them, “Whoever divorces · his wife and marries another woman commits adultery against her.
-
I tell you the truth, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a child will never enter it.”
-
But it is not to be so among you. But whoever would be great among you must be your servant,
-
and whoever would be first among you must be servant of all.
-
And blessed is whoever is not offended by me.”
-
“Take care, then, how you hear! For whoever has—more will be given to him; and whoever does not have—even what he seems to have will be taken away from him.”
-
For whoever wants to save · his life will lose it, but whoever loses · his life for my sake, this person will save it.
-
For whoever is ashamed of me and of · my words, of this one will the Son of Man be ashamed when he comes in his glory and the glory of the Father and of the holy angels.
-
and said to them, “Whoever receives this · child in · my name receives me, and whoever receives me receives him who sent me. So the one who is least among you all, this is the one who is great.”
-
Whoever does not carry · his own cross and come after me cannot be my disciple.
-
Whoever tries to retain · his life for himself will lose it, and whoever loses his life will preserve it.
-
I tell you the truth, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child shall certainly never enter it.”
-
but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty for all time, but the water that I will give him will become in him a fountain of water gushing up to eternal life.”
-
Whoever belongs to · God listens to the words of God. The reason why you do not listen is that you do not belong to · God.”
-
I tell you the solemn truth, whoever receives one whom I send receives me, and whoever receives me receives the one who sent me.”
-
Whoever’s sins you forgive, · they stand forgiven; whoever’s sins you pronounce unforgiven, they remain unforgiven.
-
Therefore you are without excuse, whoever you are, when you judge someone else, for in that which you judge · another, you condemn yourself, for you who judge are practicing the same things.
-
Do you suppose, · this, whoever you are, when you judge those who practice · such things yet do them yourself, that you will escape the judgment of God?
-
You, however, are not controlled by the flesh but by the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. · Whoever does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him.
-
For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in him will not be put to shame.”
-
Therefore whoever resists · authority resists what · God has decreed, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves.
-
For whoever serves Christ in this way · is pleasing to God and approved by men.
-
Whoever, therefore, eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of the body and · blood of the Lord.
-
I am confident about you in the Lord that you will not think otherwise. But the one who is trying to confuse you will pay the penalty, whoever he may be.
-
For whoever keeps the entire law yet fails at a single point has become guilty of the law as a whole.
-
You adulterous people! Do you not know that · friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore whoever desires to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.
-
Do not speak against one another, my brothers. Whoever speaks against a brother or judges · his brother, speaks against the law and judges the law; but if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge of it.
-
But whoever keeps his · word, truly in that person is the love of God brought to fulfillment. This is how we can be sure that we are in him:
-
Little children, let no one deceive you. Whoever makes it a practice to do what is right is righteous, just as he is righteous.
-
By this the children of God and the children of the devil are revealed: whoever · does not practice righteousness is not of · God, nor is the one who does not love · his brother.
-
We know that we have crossed over from · death to · life, because we love the brothers. Whoever does not love remains in the realm of death.
-
But whoever has this world’s · resources and sees · his fellow Christian in need yet closes · his heart against him, how does the love of God abide in him?
-
We are from · God. The person who knows · God listens to us, but whoever is not from · God does not listen to us. By this we know the Spirit of truth and the spirit of error.
-
Everyone who goes on ahead and does not continue in the teaching of Christ, does not have God. Whoever continues in the teaching has both the Father and the Son.
-
· The Spirit and the Bride say, “Come!” And let the one who hears say, “Come!” · Whoever is thirsty, let him come forward; and whoever so desires, let him receive the water of life free of charge.
