¹⁹ Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this ^[a]temple, and in three days I will raise it up.

³³ For the bread of God is that which cometh down out of heaven, and giveth life unto the world. ³⁴ They said therefore unto him, Lord, evermore give us this bread. ³⁵ Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall not hunger, and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

⁵¹ I am the living bread which came down out of heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: yea and the bread which I will give is my flesh, for the life of the world.

⁶³ It is the spirit that giveth life; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I have spoken unto you are spirit, and are life.

⁴⁴ And Jesus cried and said, He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me.

⁸ Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us. ⁹ Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and dost thou not know me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; how sayest thou, Show us the Father? ¹⁰ Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I say unto you I speak not from myself: but the Father abiding in me doeth his works. ¹¹ Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake.

²⁴ Annas therefore sent him bound unto Caiaphas the high priest.
