¹⁷ Wherefore if any man is in Christ, ^[a]he is a new creature: the old things are passed away; behold, they are become new.

¹⁵ For neither is circumcision anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new ^[a]creature.

¹⁸ And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; ^[a]that in all things he might have the preeminence.

¹⁴ And to the angel of the church in Laodicea write:

These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God:

⁵ And he that sitteth on the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he saith, ^[a]Write: for these words are faithful and true.
