(A)Hear, Israel! The Lord is our God, the (B)Lord is one! And (C)you shall love the Lord your God (D)with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. (E)These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart. And (F)you shall repeat them diligently to your sons and speak of them when you sit in your house, when you walk on the road, when you lie down, and when you get up. (G)You shall also tie them as a [a]sign to your [b]hand, and they shall be as [c]frontlets [d]on your forehead. (H)You shall also write them on the [e]doorposts of your house and on your gates.

10 “Then it shall come about when the Lord your God brings you into the land that He swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give you, (I)great and splendid cities which you did not build, 11 and houses full of all good things which you did not fill, and carved cisterns which you did not carve out, vineyards and olive trees which you did not plant, and (J)you eat and are satisfied, 12 be [f]careful that (K)you do not forget the Lord who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of [g]slavery.

Ten Men with Leprosy Healed

11 While He was (A)on the way to Jerusalem, (B)He was passing [a]between Samaria and Galilee. 12 And as He entered a village, ten men with leprosy who (C)stood at a distance met Him; 13 and they raised their voices, saying, “Jesus, (D)Master, have mercy on us!” 14 When He saw them, He said to them, (E)Go and show yourselves to the priests.” And as they were going, they were cleansed. 15 Now one of them, when he saw that he had been healed, turned back, (F)glorifying God with a loud voice, 16 and he fell on his face at His feet, giving thanks to Him. And he was a (G)Samaritan. 17 But Jesus responded and said, “Were there not ten cleansed? But the nine—where are they? 18 [b]Was no one found who returned to (H)give glory to God, except this foreigner?” 19 And He said to him, “Stand up and go; (I)your faith has [c]made you well.”
