17 (A)Grieve for him, all you who are round him, and all who know his name;say, (B)‘How the mighty sceptre is broken, the glorious staff.’
14 (A)And fire has gone out from the stem of its shoots, has consumed its fruit,(B)so that there remains in it no strong stem, no sceptre for ruling.
This is (C)a lamentation and has become a lamentation.
