Tobit 12:9
Giving to the poor saves from death, and it washes away every sin. Those who give to the poor will feel satisfied with life,
For alms delivereth from death, and the same is that which purgeth away sins, and maketh to find mercy and life everlasting.
Such generosity will save you from death and will wash away all your sins. Those who give to the poor will live full lives,
for almsgiving saves from death, and purges all sin. Those who give alms will enjoy a full life,
For almsgiving saves us from death and purges every type of sin. Those who give alms will enjoy a long life,
