Then with both his hands, he peeled off the white spots from the corners of Tobit’s eyes.
Tobit embraced him and began to cry, saying, “I see you, my child and light of my eyes!
Then Tobias taking of the gall of the fish, anointed his father's eyes.
Tobias then applied the gall, and beginning from the corners of Tobit's eyes, he peeled away the white film.
Tobiah used both hands to peel the white scales from the corners of his eyes. Tobit saw his son and threw his arms around him.
