Sirach 8:19

Don’t open your heart to just anyone, and don’t accept a favor from just anyone.
Quarrel not with a passionate man, and go not into the desert with a bold man: for blood is as nothing in his sight, and where there is no help he will overthrow thee.
You should not reveal your most private thoughts to anyone. If you do, you may as well throw away any chance of happiness.
Open your heart to no one, do not banish your happiness.
Do not reveal your thoughts to anyone, or he may take away your happiness.
Do not reveal your thoughts to anyone, or you may drive away your happiness.
Do not reveal your thoughts to anyone, or you may drive away your happiness.
Do not reveal your thoughts to anyone, or you may drive away your happiness.
Do not reveal your thoughts to anyone, or you may drive away your happiness.
Do not reveal your thoughts to every one, lest you drive away your good luck.
Do not reveal your thoughts to every one, lest you drive away your good luck.
Make not thine heart known to each man, but only to a very (or to a true) friend, and proved; lest peradventure he bring to thee false grace, that is, feigned friendship, and despise thee. [To all men thine heart open thou not; lest peradventure it bring into thee false grace, and it put reproof to thee.]
