Sirach 43:16
and mountains will be shaken when he appears. The south wind blows by his will, as do storms from the north and whirlwinds. He sprinkles the snow like birds flying down, and its descent is like locusts alighting.
By his greatness he hath fixed the clouds, and the hailstones are broken.
He speaks, and thunder twists the earth in pain; the mountains are shaken by his strength. Whenever he wishes, the south wind blows, whirlwinds come, and windstorms from the north. He sends the snow fluttering down like birds, like locusts lighting on the ground.
The thunder of his voice makes the earth writhe; by his power he shakes the mountains.
The voice of his thunder rebukes the earth; when he appears, the mountains shake. At his will the south wind blows; so do the storm from the north and the whirlwind. He scatters the snow like birds flying down, and its descent is like locusts alighting.

Hills shall be moved in (or at) his sight; and the south wind shall blow in (or at) his will. [In his sight shall be stirred (al)together the hills; and in his will shall (ex)spire, or breath out the south.]
