Sirach 3:31
Those who repay favors consider the future, and at the moment when they fall, they will find support.
The heart of the wise is understood in wisdom, and a good ear will hear wisdom with all desire.
Anyone who responds to others with acts of kindness is thinking of the future, because he will find help if he ever falls on hard times.
The kindness people have done crosses their paths later on; should they stumble, they will find support.
Those who repay favors give thought to the future; when they fall they will find support.

Whoever requites favors gives thought to the future; at the moment of his falling he will find support.

And God, the beholder of him that yieldeth grace, that is, (that) doeth alms(-deeds), hath mind afterward; and he shall find steadfastness in the time of his fall. [And God is the forelooker of him that yieldeth grace; he hath mind into afterward, and in time of his falling he shall find fastening.]
