Sirach 10:2
As the people’s judges are, so will their officials be, and as the ruler of a city is, so also are all of its inhabitants.
As the judge of the people is himself, so also are his ministers: and what manner of man the ruler of a city is, such also are they that dwell therein.
All the officials and all the citizens will be like their ruler.
As the people’s judge, so the officials; as the head of a city, so the inhabitants.
As is the people’s magistrate, so are his officials; as is the ruler of a city, so are its inhabitants.
As the people’s judge is, so are his officials; as the ruler of the city is, so are all its inhabitants.
