Psalm 78:34
When He slew them, then they sought Him; and they returned and inquired early after God.
When he slew them, then they inquired after him; And they returned and sought God earnestly.
When He killed [some of] them, then those remaining sought Him, And they returned [to Him] and searched diligently for God [for a time].
When He slew [some of] them, [the remainder] inquired after Him diligently, and they repented and sincerely sought God [for a time].
When he slew them, then they sought him: and they returned and enquired early after God.
When he killed some of them, the rest began to seek him; they repented and searched for God.
But whenever God killed them, they went after him! They would turn and earnestly search for God.
When he brought death among them, they would seek him; they would repent and seek God eagerly,
After he killed some of them, the others turned to him with all their hearts.
When he slew them, then they sought him, and returned and sought early after God;
When he killed some of them, the others would turn back to him. They would come running back to God.
When God killed some of them, the other people turned to God. They were sorry and they prayed to him.
Whenever he struck them down, they would seek him. Then they turned and sought God.
When he killed them, they sought him; they repented and sought God earnestly.

Anytime he killed them, they would ·look to him for help [seek him]; they would ·come back to God [repent] and ·follow [be intent on] him.

And—can you believe it?—they kept right on sinning; all those wonders and they still wouldn’t believe! So their lives wasted away to nothing— nothing to show for their lives but a ghost town. When he cut them down, they came running for help; they turned and pled for mercy. They gave witness that God was their rock, that High God was their redeemer, But they didn’t mean a word of it; they lied through their teeth the whole time. They could not have cared less about him, wanted nothing to do with his Covenant.
When He killed them, then they sought Him; they turned back and longed for God.
When he killed some of them, the rest searched for him. They turned from their sins and eagerly looked for El.
When he slew them, they began to seek him; they again looked for God.
When He killed them, then they sought Him, And they returned and searched diligently for God;
When He killed them, then they sought Him, And returned and searched diligently for God;
When death afflicted them, they sought him; they searched eagerly for God.
Anytime he killed them, they would look to him for help; they would come back to God and follow him.
When he struck them down, they sought his favor; they turned back and longed for God.
Every time God killed some of them, the others would seek him. They gladly turned back to him again.
Whenever God slew them, they would seek him; they eagerly turned to him again.

When God began killing them, they finally sought him. They repented and took God seriously.
When he killed them, they sought for him; they repented and sought God earnestly.
