For they speak against Thee wickedly, and Thine enemies take Thy name in vain.

Who speak against You wickedly, Your enemies who take Your name in vain!

the people who talk about you, but only for wicked schemes; the people who are your enemies, who use your name as if it were of no significance.
They invoke your name for their crafty schemes; yes, your enemies misuse it.
They are always rebelling and speaking evil of you.
For they speak of thee wickedly, they take [thy name] in vain, thine enemies.
those who say bad things about you. Your enemies use your name falsely.
They speak against you with malicious intent; your enemies take your name in vain.
They speak against you with malicious intent; your enemies take your name in vain!

Which speak wickedly of thee, and being thine enemies are lifted up in vain.
They say wicked things about you. Your enemies misuse your name.

They blaspheme your name and stand in arrogance against you—how silly can they be?
Your thoughts—how rare, how beautiful! God, I’ll never comprehend them! I couldn’t even begin to count them— any more than I could count the sand of the sea. Oh, let me rise in the morning and live always with you! And please, God, do away with wickedness for good! And you murderers—out of here!— all the men and women who belittle you, God, infatuated with cheap god-imitations. See how I hate those who hate you, God, see how I loathe all this godless arrogance; I hate it with pure, unadulterated hatred. Your enemies are my enemies!

For they say in thought; Take they their cities in vanity. (For out loud they say against thee, We shall take thy name in vain.)
Who exchange Thee for wickedness, Lifted up to vanity [are] Thine enemies.
