Psalm 138:8
The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me; Thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever; forsake not the works of Thine own hands.
Jehovah will perfect that which concerneth me: Thy lovingkindness, O Jehovah, endureth for ever; Forsake not the works of thine own hands.
The Lord will accomplish that which concerns me; Your [unwavering] lovingkindness, O Lord, endures forever— Do not abandon the works of Your own hands.
The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy and loving-kindness, O Lord, endure forever—forsake not the works of Your own hands.

The Lord will fulfill his purpose for me. Lord, your faithful love endures forever; do not abandon the work of your hands.
The Lord will do all this for my sake. Your faithful love lasts forever, Lord! Don’t let go of what your hands have made.
Adonai will fulfill his purpose for me. Your grace, Adonai, continues forever. Don’t abandon the work of your hands!
You, Lord, will always treat me with kindness. Your love never fails. You have made us what we are. Don't give up on us now!

If I ascend into heaven, thou art there: if I descend into hell, thou art present.
Lord, I know you will do what you have promised. Lord, your faithful love will last forever. You are the one who made us, so don’t leave us!
The Lord stands with me to do what he has promised. Yes, Lord, your faithful love will always continue. You have made us who we are, so do not leave us now!

When I walk into the thick of trouble, keep me alive in the angry turmoil. With one hand strike my foes, With your other hand save me. Finish what you started in me, God. Your love is eternal—don’t quit on me now.
