Psalm 106:28
They joined themselves also with Baal of Peor, and ate the sacrifices to the dead.
They joined themselves also unto Baal-peor, And ate the sacrifices of the dead.
They joined themselves also to [the idol] Baal of Peor, And ate sacrifices offered to the dead.
They joined themselves also to the [idol] Baal of Peor and ate sacrifices [offered] to the lifeless [gods].
They joined themselves also unto Baal-peor, and ate the sacrifices of the dead.
They aligned themselves with Baal of Peor and ate sacrifices offered to lifeless gods.
They joined themselves to Baal-peor and ate sacrifices offered to the dead.
Now they joined themselves to Ba‘al-P‘or and ate meat sacrificed to dead things.
Your people became followers of a god named Baal Peor, and they ate sacrifices offered to the dead.
And they joined themselves unto Baal-Peor, and ate the sacrifices of the dead;
And they cried to the Lord in their affliction: and he brought them out of their distresses.
At Baal Peor they joined in worshiping Baal and ate sacrifices to honor the dead.
After that, they started to worship the false god, Baal of Peor. They ate the food from sacrifices that people gave to dead idols.
Then they yoked themselves to the Baal of Peor, and they ate sacrifices offered to dead gods.
Then they yoked themselves to the Baal of Peor, and ate sacrifices offered to the dead;
Then they yoked themselves to the Baal of Peor, and ate sacrifices offered to the dead;
They ·joined in worshiping [L yoked themselves to] Baal at Peor and ate ·meat that had been sacrificed to lifeless statues [L sacrifices to the dead; Num. 25].
They joined themselves also unto Baal of Peor, and did eat the offerings of the dead.
They joined in worshiping the god Baal while they were at Peor, and they ate what was sacrificed to the dead.
Then at Peor, God's people joined in the worship of Baal and ate sacrifices offered to dead gods.
They aligned themselves with Baal of Peor and ate sacrifices offered to lifeless gods.
They joined in worshiping Baal at Peor. They ate meat that had been sacrificed to lifeless statues.
For they adopted the worship of Baal Peor and ate sacrifices offered to the dead.
They also joined themselves unto Baalpeor and ate the sacrifices for the dead.
They joined themselves also unto Baalpeor, and ate the sacrifices of the dead.
They joined themselves also unto Baal-peor, and ate the sacrifices of the dead.
They then joined themselves to Baal-peor, And ate sacrifices offered to the dead.
They also attached themselves to Baal of Peor, and they ate sacrifices offered to the dead.
Then our fathers joined the worshipers of Baal at Peor and even offered sacrifices to the dead!
Then they linked up with Baal Peor, attending funeral banquets and eating idol food. That made God so angry that a plague spread through their ranks; Phinehas stood up and pled their case and the plague was stopped. This was counted to his credit; his descendants will never forget it.
They joined themselves to Baal of Peor and ate the sacrifices given for the dead.
They joined in worshiping the god Baal while they were at Peor, and they ate what was sacrificed to the dead.
They joined in the rites of Baal of Peor, ate food sacrificed to the dead.
They also followed Baal-peor, And ate sacrifices offered to the dead.
They joined themselves also to Baal-peor, And ate sacrifices offered to the dead.
They joined in worshiping Baal of Peor and ate food sacrificed to lifeless gods.
They joined in worshiping Baal at Peor and ate meat that had been sacrificed to lifeless statues.
They worshiped Baal of Peor, and ate sacrifices offered to the dead.
They joined in worshiping the Baal that was worshiped at Peor. They ate food that had been offered to gods that aren’t even alive.
They yoked themselves to the Baal of Peor and ate sacrifices offered to lifeless gods;
They yoked themselves to the Baal of Peor and ate sacrifices offered to lifeless gods;
They joined themselves also to Baal of Peor, And ate sacrifices made to the dead.
They joined themselves to Baal of Peor and ate gifts given to the dead.
Then our ancestors joined in the worship of Baal at Peor; they even ate sacrifices offered to the dead!
Then they attached themselves to the Baal of Peor, and ate sacrifices offered to the dead;

Then they attached themselves to the Ba′al of Pe′or, and ate sacrifices offered to the dead;
Then they yoked themselves to Baal of Peor, and ate the sacrifices of dead things.
Then they aligned themselves with the god of Peor, and they ate sacrifices that had been made to lifeless gods.
They joined themselves also to Baal Peor, and ate the sacrifices of the dead.
And they made sacrifice to Baalpeor; and they ate the sacrifices of dead beasts. (And then they sacrificed to Baalpeor; and they ate the sacrifices offered to dead, or lifeless, gods.)
And they are coupled to Baal-Peor, And eat the sacrifices of the dead,
