“The Gershon families are to be responsible for serving and for transporting loads.
The Gershonites will be responsible
This shall be the service of the families of the Gershonites, in serving, and in carrying:
This is the office of the family of the Gersonites:
“This is what the Gershonite family must do and the things they must carry:
The work of the men in Gershon's clan is to carry everything.
This is the work for the Gershonite clans: the work of moving the Dwelling.
This is the service of the clans of the Gershonites, in serving and bearing burdens:
This is the service of the clans of the Gershonites, in serving and bearing burdens:
“This is what the Gershonite ·family groups [clans] must do and what they must carry.
This shall be the service of the families of the Gershonites to serve and to bear.
“This is what the Gershonite families will do and what they will carry:
They shall be responsible for carrying the following objects:
This is the service of the Gershonite clans regarding work and transportation duties:

“These are the responsibilities that the descendants of Gershon are to have:
This shall be the service of the families of Gershon, to minister and to bear burdens:
This is the service of the families of the Gershonites, to serve, and for burdens:

This is the service of the families of the Gershonites, in serving and in carrying:
This is the work of the clans of the Gershonites: to serve and to carry.
These will be their duties:
“The Gershonites by family and clan will serve by carrying heavy loads: the curtains of the Sanctuary and the Tent of Meeting; the covering of the Tent and the outer covering of dolphin skins; the screens for the entrance to the Tent; the cords; and all the equipment used in its ministries. The Gershonites have the job of doing the work connected with these things. All their work of lifting and carrying and moving is to be done under the supervision of Aaron and his sons. Assign them specifically what they are to carry. This is the work of the Gershonite clans at the Tent of Meeting. Ithamar son of Aaron the priest is to supervise their work.
This is the service of the families of the Gershonites, to serve, and to work.

This is the service of the families of the Gershonites, in serving and in carrying:

This is the ministry of the clan of the Gershonites, their service and responsibility.

These are the duties of the families of the Gershonites, in working and in carrying.
“These Gershonite clans will be responsible for general service and carrying loads.

This is the Avodat Mishpekhot Gershoni, as relates to service and massa (burden):

This is the task of the Gershonite families in working and carrying burdens.
Add up the Gershonites, ages 30–50, by their extended families and clans. These are the ones who shall perform the following specific tasks required for the congregation tent:
