Matthew 22:26
Likewise the second also, and the third, unto the seventh.
in like manner the second also, and the third, unto the seventh.
The second also [died childless], and the third, down to the seventh.
The second also died childless, and the third, down to the seventh.
Likewise the second also, and the third, unto the seventh.
The same thing happened with the second brother and the third, and in fact with all seven brothers.
The same thing happened to the second brother, and the third, and finally to all seven.
The same thing happened to the second and third brothers and finally to all seven of them.
In like manner also the second and the third, unto the seven.
Likewise also the second, and the third, up to the seventh.
In like manner the second, and the third, and so on to the seventh.
Then the second brother also died. The same thing happened to the third brother and all the other brothers.
So too the second and third, down to the seventh.
So too the second and third, down to the seventh.
Then the second brother also died. The same thing happened to the third brother ·and all the other brothers [L down to the seventh].
Likewise also the second, and the third, unto the seventh.
The second brother also died, as well as the third, and the rest of the seven brothers.
The same thing happened to the second brother, to the third, and finally to all seven.
The same happened to the second also, and the third, and so to all seven.
Then the second brother also died. The same thing happened to the third brother and all the other brothers.
The same thing happened with the second brother, and then the third, and finally with the rest of the brothers.
On the same day some Sadducees (who deny that there is any resurrection) approached Jesus with this question: “Master, Moses said if a man should die without any children, his brother should marry his widow and raise up a family for him. Now, we have a case of seven brothers. The first one married and died, and since he had no family he left his wife to his brother. The same thing happened with the second and the third, right up to the seventh. Last of all the woman herself died. Now in this ‘resurrection’, whose wife will she be of these seven men—for she belonged to all of them?”
likewise the second also, and the third, unto the seventh.
Likewise the second also, and the third, unto the seventh.
likewise the second also, and the third, unto the seventh.
So also the second and the third, up to the seventh.
This brother also died without children, and the wife was passed to the next brother, and so on until she had been the wife of each of them.
That same day, Sadducees approached him. This is the party that denies any possibility of resurrection. They asked, “Teacher, Moses said that if a man dies childless, his brother is obligated to marry his widow and get her with child. Here’s a case where there were seven brothers. The first brother married and died, leaving no child, and his wife passed to his brother. The second brother also left her childless, then the third—and on and on, all seven. Eventually the wife died. Now here’s our question: At the resurrection, whose wife is she? She was a wife to each of them.”
Likewise the second and third, on to the seventh.
So also the second and the third, and so on to the seventh.
The second brother also died, as well as the third, and the rest of the seven brothers.
The same happened with the second and the third, through all seven.
so also the second, and the third, down to the seventh.
Then the second brother also died. The same thing happened to the third brother and all the other brothers.
The second did the same, and the third, down to the seventh.
The same thing happened to the second and third brothers. It happened right on down to the seventh brother.
The same thing happened to the second and third brother, right on down to the seventh.
The same thing happened to the second and third brother, right on down to the seventh.
Likewise the second also, and the third, even to the seventh.
The second brother died and the same with the third and on to the seventh.
But the second brother also died, and the third brother married her. This continued with all seven of them.
The second did the same, so also the third, down to the seventh.
The second did the same, so also the third, down to the seventh.
The second did the same, so also the third, down to the seventh.
The second did the same, so also the third, down to the seventh.
The same thing happened with the second and the third, and so on with all seven.
Likewise, also the second brother, and the third, up to the seventh.
So too the second and third, down to the seventh.
So too the second and third, down to the seventh.
In the same way also the second, and the third, down to the seventh.
And shortly thereafter, that second brother died and the next until there were seven marriages with the same woman.
In the same way, the second also, and the third, to the seventh.
The same thing happened to the second brother, and the third one, and all seven of them.
also the second, and the third, till to the seventh.
in like manner also the second, and the third, unto the seventh,
