Then the high priest rent his clothes and said, “Why need we any further witnesses?
And the high priest rent his clothes, and saith, What further need have we of witnesses?
Then tearing his robe [to express his indignation], the high priest said, “What further need do we have of witnesses?
Then the high priest tore his garments and said, What need have we for more witnesses?
Then the high priest rent his clothes, and saith, What need we any further witnesses?
Then the high priest tore his clothes and said, “Why do we need any more witnesses?
At this, the cohen hagadol tore his clothes and said, “Why do we still need witnesses?
At once the high priest ripped his robe apart and shouted, “Why do we need more witnesses?
And the high priest, having rent his clothes, says, What need have we any more of witnesses?
And the high priest, having torn his clothes, says “What further need do we have of witnesses?
Then the high priest rending his garments, saith: What need we any further witnesses?
When the high priest heard this, he tore his clothes in anger. He said, “We don’t need any more witnesses!
And the high priest tore his garments and said, “What further witnesses do we need?
And the high priest tore his garments and said, “What further witnesses do we need?
When the high priest heard this, he tore his clothes [C a sign of sorrow or outrage] and said, “Why do we need more witnesses?
Then the high Priest rent his clothes, and said, What have we anymore need of witnesses?
The chief priest tore his clothes in horror and said, “Why do we need any more witnesses?
The High Priest tore his robes and said, “We don't need any more witnesses!
Then the high priest tore his robes and said, “Why do we still need witnesses?
When the high priest heard this, he was very angry. He tore his clothes and said, “We don’t need any more witnesses!
Then the high priest tore his clothes. “Why do we still need witnesses?” he asked.
Then the High Priest tore his robes and cried, “Why do we still need witnesses? You heard the blasphemy; what is your opinion now?”
Then the high priest rent his clothes and said, What need have we any more for witnesses?
Then the high priest rent his clothes, and saith, What need we any further witnesses?
Then the high priest rent his clothes, and saith, What need we any further witnesses?
And the high priest tore his clothes and said, “What further need do we have of witnesses?
Then the high priest tore at his clothes and said, “What more do we need? Why wait for witnesses? You have heard his blasphemy. What is your verdict?” And the vote for the death sentence was unanimous.
The Chief Priest lost his temper. Ripping his clothes, he yelled, “Did you hear that? After that do we need witnesses? You heard the blasphemy. Are you going to stand for it?” They condemned him, one and all. The sentence: death.
The high priest tore his robes, saying, “What need do we have of any further witnesses?

Then the high priest tore his clothes and said, “What further need do we have of witnesses?
Then the head religious leader tore his clothes apart. He said, “Do we need other people to speak against Him?
Then the high priest tore his clothing to show his horror and said, “Why do we need other witnesses?
Then the high priest tore his clothes and said, “Why do we still need witnesses?
Then the high priest tore his clothes and said, ‘Why do we still need witnesses?
Then the high priest tore his clothes and said, ‘Why do we still need witnesses?
Then the high priest tore his clothes and said, “Why do we still need witnesses?
‘Why do we need any more evidence?’ shouted the high priest, tearing his clothes.
And the Kohen Gadol, making the keriah (ritual tearing) of his tunic, says, What further need do we have of edim (witnesses)? [VAYIKRA 10:6; 21:10; 24:16; BAMIDBAR 14:6]
And the high priest tore his garments, and said, “Why do we still need witnesses?
And the high priest tore his mantle, and said, “Why do we still need witnesses?
Tearing his clothes, the kohen gadol says, “Why do we still need witnesses?
Then the high priest tore his clothes. High Priest (to the council): What else do we need to hear?
The high priest tore his clothes, and said, “What further need have we of witnesses?
Then the high priest tore his clothes and said, `We do not need any more proof against him.
And the high priest rent his clothes, and said, What yet desire we witnesses? [Forsooth the highest priest, cutting his clothes, saith, What yet desire we witnesses?]
And the chief priest, having rent his garments, saith, `What need have we yet of witnesses?
