If in your heart you really do hope that they won’t be conquered, cheer up! But I promise you, nothing I have spoken will fail to happen.”
Then turning out of the way by the side of the mountain, they tied Achior to a tree hand and foot, and so left him bound with ropes, and returned to their master.
Why look so worried, Achior? Don't you think the town can stand against me? I will carry out all my threats; you can be sure of that!
If you still harbor the hope that they will not be taken, then there is no need for you to be downcast. I have spoken, and not one of my words will fail to be fulfilled.”
If you are truly confident that they will not fall into our hands, then there is no need for you to look so downcast. However, I have spoken, and none of my words will prove false in any respect.”
If you really hope in your heart that they will not be taken, then do not look downcast! I have spoken, and none of my words shall fail to come true.’
If you really hope in your heart that they will not be taken, then do not look downcast! I have spoken, and none of my words shall fail to come true.’
If you really hope in your heart that they will not be taken, then do not look downcast! I have spoken, and none of my words shall fail to come true.”
If you really hope in your heart that they will not be taken, then do not look downcast! I have spoken, and none of my words shall fail to come true.”
If you really hope in your heart that they will not be taken, do not look downcast! I have spoken and none of my words shall fail.”
If you really hope in your heart that they will not be taken, do not look downcast! I have spoken and none of my words shall fail.”
And they turned away from the side of the hill, and they bound Achior to a tree by his hands and feet, and so they left him bound with ropes [or cords], and they (re)turned again to their lord.
