When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he had been in that state a long time, He said unto him, “Wilt thou be made whole?”
When Jesus saw him lying, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wouldest thou be made whole?
When Jesus noticed him lying there [helpless], knowing that he had been in that condition a long time, He said to him, “Do you want to get well?”
When Jesus noticed him lying there [helpless], knowing that he had already been a long time in that condition, He said to him, Do you want to become well? [Are you really in earnest about getting well?]
When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole?
When Jesus saw him lying there and realized he had already been there a long time, he said to him, “Do you want to get well?”
When Jesus saw him lying there, knowing that he had already been there a long time, he asked him, “Do you want to get well?”
Yeshua, seeing this man and knowing that he had been there a long time, said to him, “Do you want to be healed?”
When Jesus saw the man and realized that he had been crippled for a long time, he asked him, “Do you want to be healed?”
Jesus seeing this [man] lying [there], and knowing that he was [in that state] now a great length of time, says to him, Wouldest thou become well?
Jesus— having seen this one lying down, and having known that he already had a long time [in his sickness]— says to him, “Do you want to become healthy?”
Him when Jesus had seen lying, and knew that he had been now a long time, he saith to him: Wilt thou be made whole?
Jesus saw him lying there and knew that he had been sick for a very long time. So he asked him, “Do you want to be well?”
Jesus saw this man. He knew that the man had been ill like this for a very long time. So he asked the man, ‘Do you want to get well?’
When Jesus saw him lying there and knew he had already been sick a long time, he asked him, “Do you want to get well?”
When Jesus saw him lying there and knew that he had already been there a long time, he said to him, “Do you want to be healed?”

Some time later came one of the Jewish feast-days and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. There is in Jerusalem near the sheep-gate a pool surrounded by five arches, which has the Hebrew name of Bethzatha (the Pool of Bethesda). Under these arches a great many sick people were in the habit of lying; some of them were blind, some lame, and some had withered limbs. (They used to wait there for the “moving of the water”, for at certain times an angel used to come down into the pool and disturb the water, and then the first person who stepped into the water after the disturbance would be healed of whatever he was suffering from.) One particular man had been there ill for thirty-eight years. When Jesus saw him lying there on his back—knowing that he had been like that for a long time, he said to him, “Do you want to get well again?”

When Jesus saw him and knew how long he had been ill, he asked him, “Would you like to get well?”
Soon another Feast came around and Jesus was back in Jerusalem. Near the Sheep Gate in Jerusalem there was a pool, in Hebrew called Bethesda, with five alcoves. Hundreds of sick people—blind, crippled, paralyzed—were in these alcoves. One man had been an invalid there for thirty-eight years. When Jesus saw him stretched out by the pool and knew how long he had been there, he said, “Do you want to get well?”
When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he had been in that condition now a long time, He said to him, “Do you want to be healed?”
When Jesus saw him · lying there and learned that he had been in that condition for a long time already, he said to him, “Do you want to be healed?”
Yeshua saw the man lying there and knew that he had been sick for a long time. So Yeshua asked the man, “Would you like to get well?”
When Jesus saw him lying there and knew that he had been ill for a long time, he said to him, “Do you want to be well?”
Jesus, upon seeing this man lying there and knowing that he had already been in that condition for a long time, *said to him, “Do you want to get well?”
When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he had already been a long time in that condition, He *said to him, “Do you wish to get well?”
When Jesus saw him lying there and was aware that he had been ill for a long time, he said to him, “Do you want to get well?”
When Jesus saw the man and knew that he had been sick for such a long time, Jesus asked him, “Do you want to be well?”
When Jesus saw him lying there and when he realized that the man had been disabled a long time already, he said to him, “Do you want to become well?”
Jesus saw him lying there. He knew that the man had been in that condition for a long time. So he asked him, “Do you want to get well?”
When Jesus saw him lying there and learned that he had been in this condition for a long time, he asked him, “Do you want to get well?”

Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach, seeing this man lying there, and having da’as that the man had been in this condition for a long time already, says to him, Do you want to have refu’ah [YESHAYAH 53:5]?
When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he had now been diseased a long time, He said to him, “Will you be made whole?”
When Jesus saw him and knew that he had been lying there a long time, he said to him, “Do you want to be healed?”
When Jesus saw him and knew that he had been lying there a long time, he said to him, “Do you want to be healed?”
Seeing him lying there and knowing he had been that way a long time, Yeshua said to him, “Do you want to get well?”
In the crowd, Jesus noticed one particular man who had been living with his disability for 38 years. He knew this man had been waiting here a long time. Jesus (to the disabled man): Are you here in this place hoping to be healed?
When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he had been sick for a long time, he asked him, “Do you want to be made well?”
Jesus saw the man lying there. He knew that he had been sick for a long time. He said to him, `Do you want to be healed?'
And when Jesus had seen him lying, and had known, that he had much time [and had known, for now he had much time], he saith to him, Wilt thou be made whole?
him Jesus having seen lying, and having known that he is already a long time, he saith to him, `Dost thou wish to become whole?'
