Isaiah 64:12
Wilt Thou refrain Thyself for these things, O Lord? Wilt Thou hold Thy peace and afflict us very sore?
Wilt thou refrain thyself for these things, O Jehovah? wilt thou hold thy peace, and afflict us very sore?
Considering these [tragedies], will You restrain Yourself, O Lord [and not help us]? Will You keep silent and humiliate and oppress us beyond measure?
Considering these [calamities], will You restrain Yourself, O Lord [and not come to our aid]? Will You keep silent and not command our deliverance but humble and afflict us exceedingly?
Wilt thou refrain thyself for these things, O Lord? wilt thou hold thy peace, and afflict us very sore?
After all this, will you hold back, Lord? Will you keep silent and torment us so terribly?
When you see these things, how can you just sit there and make us suffer more?
Wilt thou restrain thyself in presence of these things, Jehovah? Wilt thou hold thy peace, and afflict us very sore?
Wilt thou refrain thyself, O Lord, upon these things, wilt thou hold thy peace, and afflict us vehemently?
Lord, will these things always keep you from helping? Will you continue to say nothing? Will you punish us forever?
Will you restrain yourself at these things, O Lord? Will you keep silent, and afflict us so terribly?
Will you restrain yourself at these things, O Lord? Will you keep silent, and afflict us so terribly?
·When you see these things [After this], will you hold yourself back from helping us, Lord? Will you be silent and punish us beyond ·what we can stand [measure]?
Wilt thou hold thyself still at these things, O Lord? wilt thou hold thy peace and afflict us above measure?
Despite these things, Lord, will you hold back? Will you be silent and make us suffer more than we can bear?
Lord, are you unmoved by all this? Are you going to do nothing and make us suffer more than we can endure?
Lord, after all this, will You restrain Yourself? Will You keep silent and afflict severely?
When you see these things, will you hold yourself back from helping us, Lord? Will you be silent and punish us beyond what we can stand?
Lord, after all this, can you hold yourself back? Can you keep silent and punish us so severely?
Wilt thou refrain thyself regarding these things, O LORD? Wilt thou hold thy peace and afflict us very sore?
Wilt thou refrain thyself for these things, O Lord? wilt thou hold thy peace, and afflict us very sore?
Wilt thou refrain thyself for these things, O Lord? wilt thou hold thy peace, and afflict us very sore?
Will you control yourself because of these, Yahweh? Will you be silent? And will you oppress us exceedingly?
After all of this, must you still refuse to help us, Lord? Will you stand silent and still punish us?
Still, God, you are our Father. We’re the clay and you’re our potter: All of us are what you made us. Don’t be too angry with us, O God. Don’t keep a permanent account of wrongdoing. Keep in mind, please, we are your people—all of us. Your holy cities are all ghost towns: Zion’s a ghost town, Jerusalem’s a field of weeds. Our holy and beautiful Temple, which our ancestors filled with your praises, Was burned down by fire, all our lovely parks and gardens in ruins. In the face of all this, are you going to sit there unmoved, God? Aren’t you going to say something? Haven’t you made us miserable long enough?
Will You refrain Yourself from these things, O Lord? Will You hold Your peace and afflict us beyond measure?
Despite these things, Yahweh, will you hold back? Will you be silent and make us suffer more than we can bear?
Will You restrain Yourself at these things, O Lord? Will You keep silent and afflict us beyond measure?
When you see these things, will you hold yourself back from helping us, Lord? Will you be silent and punish us beyond what we can stand?
In light of all this, how can you still hold back, Lord? How can you be silent and continue to humiliate us?
Lord, won’t you help us even after everything that’s happened? Will you keep silent and punish us more than we can stand?
After all this, Lord, will you hold yourself back? Will you keep silent and punish us beyond measure?
After all this, Lord, will you hold yourself back? Will you keep silent and punish us beyond measure?
Will You restrain Yourself because of these things, O Lord? Will You hold Your peace, and afflict us very severely?
Will You do nothing after seeing these things, O Lord? Will You keep quiet and make us suffer even more?
After all this, Lord, must you still refuse to help us? Will you continue to be silent and punish us?
After all this, will you restrain yourself, O Lord? Will you keep silent, and punish us so severely?
After all this, will you restrain yourself, O Lord? Will you keep silent, and punish us so severely?
After all this, will you restrain yourself, O Lord? Will you keep silent, and punish us so severely?
After all this, will you restrain yourself, O Lord? Will you keep silent, and punish us so severely?
Wilt Thou refrain Thyself after these things, Hashem? Wilt Thou hold Thy peace, and afflict us ad me’od?
Wilt thou restrain thyself at these things, O Lord? Wilt thou keep silent, and afflict us sorely?
Wilt thou restrain thyself at these things, O Lord? Wilt thou keep silent, and afflict us sorely?
Now with all this, Eternal, will You just stand by and watch? will You keep silent and let us continue to suffer?
Will you hold yourself back for these things, Yahweh? Will you keep silent, and punish us very severely?
Lord, whether on these things thou shalt withhold thee? shalt thou be still, and shalt thou torment us greatly? (Lord, shalt thou still withhold thyself after all these things that have happened? shalt thou still be silent, and shalt thou still greatly torment us?)
For these dost Thou refrain Thyself, Jehovah? Thou art silent, and dost afflict us very sore!'
