Hebrews 8:13

In that He saith “a new covenant,” He hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.
In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. But that which is becoming old and waxeth aged is nigh unto vanishing away.
When God speaks of “A new covenant,” He makes the first one obsolete. And whatever is becoming obsolete (out of use, annulled) and growing old is ready to disappear.
When God speaks of a new [covenant or agreement], He makes the first one obsolete (out of use). And what is obsolete (out of use and annulled because of age) is ripe for disappearance and to be dispensed with altogether.
In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.
By saying a new covenant, he has declared that the first is obsolete. And what is obsolete and growing old is about to pass away.
When it says new, it makes the first obsolete. And if something is old and outdated, it’s close to disappearing.
By using the term, “new,” he has made the first covenant “old”; and something being made old, something in the process of aging, is on its way to vanishing altogether.
When the Lord talks about a new agreement, he means that the first one is out of date. And anything that is old and useless will soon disappear.
In that he says New, he has made the first old; but that which grows old and aged [is] near disappearing.
In that He says “New”, He has made the first old. And the thing becoming old and growing-aged is near disappearance.
Now in saying a new, he hath made the former old. And that which decayeth and groweth old, is near its end.
God called this a new agreement, so he has made the first agreement old. And anything that is old and useless is ready to disappear.
We see that God was speaking about a new agreement. That shows that he has caused the first agreement to become old. And anything that is becoming old like that will soon finish.
When God said “new,” he made the first covenant obsolete, and something that is obsolete and growing old is going to disappear.
In speaking of a new covenant, he makes the first one obsolete. And what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.
In speaking of a new covenant, he makes the first one obsolete. And what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.
God called this a new ·agreement [covenant; contract], so he has made ·the first agreement [L the first one] ·old [obsolete; outdated]. And anything that is ·old [obsolete; outdated] and worn out is ready to disappear.
In that he saith a new Testament, he hath abrogated the old: now that which is disannulled and waxed old, is ready to vanish away.
God made this new promise and showed that the first promise was outdated. What is outdated and aging will soon disappear.
By speaking of a new covenant, God has made the first one old; and anything that becomes old and worn out will soon disappear.
By saying, a new covenant, He has declared that the first is old. And what is old and aging is about to disappear.
God called this a new agreement, so he has made the first agreement old. And anything that is old and worn out is ready to disappear.
In speaking of a “new” covenant, he has made the first one obsolete, and what is obsolete and aging will soon disappear.
The mere fact that God speaks of a new covenant or agreement makes the old one out of date. And when a thing grows weak and out of date it is obviously soon going to be dispensed with altogether.
In that he says, New, he has made the first old. Now that which decays and waxes old is ready to vanish away.
In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.
In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.
When He said, “A new covenant,” He has made the first obsolete. But whatever is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to disappear.
In calling it new, he has declared the former to be old. Now what is becoming obsolete and growing old is near to disappearing.
God speaks of these new promises, of this new agreement, as taking the place of the old one; for the old one is out of date now and has been put aside forever.
But Jesus’ priestly work far surpasses what these other priests do, since he’s working from a far better plan. If the first plan—the old covenant—had worked out, a second wouldn’t have been needed. But we know the first was found wanting, because God said, Heads up! The days are coming when I’ll set up a new plan for dealing with Israel and Judah. I’ll throw out the old plan I set up with their ancestors when I led them by the hand out of Egypt. They didn’t keep their part of the bargain, so I looked away and let it go. This new plan I’m making with Israel isn’t going to be written on paper, isn’t going to be chiseled in stone; This time I’m writing out the plan in them, carving it on the lining of their hearts. I’ll be their God, they’ll be my people. They won’t go to school to learn about me, or buy a book called God in Five Easy Lessons. They’ll all get to know me firsthand, the little and the big, the small and the great. They’ll get to know me by being kindly forgiven, with the slate of their sins forever wiped clean. By coming up with a new plan, a new covenant between God and his people, God put the old plan on the shelf. And there it stays, gathering dust.
In speaking of a new covenant He has made the first one old. Now that which is decaying and growing old is ready to vanish away.
In speaking of a new covenant, he makes the first one obsolete. And what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to disappear.
God made this new promise and showed that the first promise was outdated. What is outdated and aging will soon disappear.

When God spoke about a New Way of Worship, He showed that the Old Way of Worship was finished and of no use now. It will never be used again.

Thus, when it speaks of a new covenant, it puts the first one out of date. And something that is out of date, and growing old, is about to disappear.
When Hashem uses the word "CHADASHA" he has thereby made the Brit HaRishonah yeshanah and a Brit thus made aging, is near to being yakhlof (vanished).

In that he says, “A new covenant”, he has made the first old. But that which is becoming old and grows aged is near to vanishing away.
God says this is a new agreement, and that makes the first one old. When a thing is old and no good, it is about ready to be thrown away.
But in saying a new, the former waxed old; and that that is of many days, and waxeth old, is nigh the death [is nigh death].
in the saying `new,' He hath made the first old, and what doth become obsolete and is old [is] nigh disappearing.
