“Moreover I will make thee a waste and a reproach among the nations that are round about thee, in the sight of all that pass by.
Moreover I will make thee a desolation and a reproach among the nations that are round about thee, in the sight of all that pass by.
Moreover, I will make you a desolation and a disgrace among the nations which surround you and in the sight of all who pass by.
Moreover, I will make you a desolation and a reproach among the nations that are round about you and in the sight of all who pass by.

I will turn you into a desolation to the ridicule of the nations all around you, in the sight of all who pass by.
‘I will make you a ruin and an object of reproach among the nations around you, in the sight of all passing by.
Every passerby will laugh at your destruction. Foreign nations
And I will make thee a waste and a reproach among the nations that are round about thee, in the sight of all that pass by.
And I will make thee desolate, and a reproach among the nations that are round about thee, in the sight of every one that passeth by.
God said, “Jerusalem, I will destroy you—you will be nothing but a pile of rocks. The people around you will make fun of you. Everyone who walks by will make fun of you.
Moreover, I will make you a desolation and an object of reproach among the nations all around you and in the sight of all who pass by.

“I will make you a ruin and a ·shame [reproach; object of mockery] among the nations around you, ·to be seen by [L in the eyes of] all who pass by.
Moreover, I will make thee waste, and abhorred among the nations that are round about thee, and in the sight of all that pass by.
I will turn you into a wasteland and an object of ridicule among the nations around you and in the presence of everyone who passes by you.
Everyone from the nations around you who passes by will sneer at you and keep their distance.
“I will make you a ruin and a disgrace among the nations around you, in the sight of everyone who passes by.
“I will make you a ruin. And I will make you a shame among the nations around you. All who pass by will see this.
I’m also going to turn you into a waste and an object of insult among the nations that surround you and in front of every person who passes by.
And I will make thee a desert and a reproach among the Gentiles that are round about thee, in the sight of all that pass by.
Moreover I will make thee waste, and a reproach among the nations that are round about thee, in the sight of all that pass by.

And I will make you into a desolate place and into a disgrace among the nations that surround you before the eyes of every one who passes by.
“So I will make a public example of you before all the surrounding nations and before everyone traveling past the ruins of your land.
“When I get done with you, you’ll be a pile of rubble. Nations who walk by will make coarse jokes. When I finish my angry punishment and searing rebukes, you’ll be reduced to an object of ridicule and mockery, turned into a horror story circulating among the surrounding nations. I, God, have spoken.
Moreover I will make you a desolation and a reproach among the nations that are all around you, in the sight of all who pass by.

When I am finished with you, your nation will lie in ruins. You will be mocked and ridiculed by the nations around you and those who pass by.
Moreover I will make you a desolation and a reproach among the nations that are around you, in the sight of all that pass by.
And I shall give thee into desert, [and] into shame to heathen men that be in thy compass, in the sight of each that passeth forth. (And I shall make thee into desolation, and into shame to the heathen who be all around thee, and before each person who passeth by.)
And I give thee for a waste, And for a reproach among nations that [are] round about thee, Before the eyes of every passer by.
