Baruch 2:8
But we didn’t plead with the Lord so as to turn each one of us from the designs of our wicked hearts.
And we have not entreated the face of the Lord our God, that we might return every one of us from our most wicked ways.
we still did not turn to him and pray that we would abandon our evil thoughts.
We did not entreat the favor of the Lord by turning, each one, from the designs of our evil hearts.
Yet we have not entreated the favor of the Lord by turning away, each of us, from the thoughts of our wicked hearts.
Yet we have not entreated the favour of the Lord by turning away, each of us, from the thoughts of our wicked hearts.
Yet we have not entreated the favour of the Lord by turning away, each of us, from the thoughts of our wicked hearts.
Yet we have not entreated the favor of the Lord by turning away, each of us, from the thoughts of our wicked hearts.
Yet we have not entreated the favor of the Lord by turning away, each of us, from the thoughts of his wicked heart.
Yet we have not entreated the favor of the Lord by turning away, each of us, from the thoughts of his wicked heart.
And we besought not the face of our Lord God, that we should turn again, each of us from our worst ways. [And we lowly prayed not the face of the Lord our God, that we should turn again, each of us from our worst ways.]
