Acts 28:20
For this cause therefore have I called for you, to see you and to speak with you, because it is for the hope of Israel that I am bound with this chain.”
For this cause therefore did I entreat you to see and to speak with me: for because of the hope of Israel I am bound with this chain.
For this reason I have asked to see you and talk with you, since it is for the sake of the hope of Israel (the Messiah, the resurrection) that I am bound with this chain.”
This is the reason therefore why I have begged to see you and to talk with you, since it is because of the Hope of Israel (the Messiah) that I am bound with this chain.
For this cause therefore have I called for you, to see you, and to speak with you: because that for the hope of Israel I am bound with this chain.
This is why I asked to see you and speak with you: it’s because of the hope of Israel that I am bound with this chain.”
This is why I have asked to see you and speak with you, for it is because of the hope of Isra’el that I have this chain around me.”
I am bound by these chains because of what we people of Israel hope for. That’s why I have called you here to talk about this hope of ours.
For this cause therefore I have called you to [me] to see and to speak to you; for on account of the hope of Israel I have this chain about me.
For this reason therefore, I called-for you, to see and speak to you. For I am wearing this chain for the sake of the hope of Israel”.
For this cause therefore I desired to see you, and to speak to you. Because that for the hope of Israel, I am bound with this chain.
That is why I wanted to see you and talk with you. I am bound with this chain because I believe in the hope of Israel.”
For this reason, therefore, I have asked to see you and speak with you, since it is because of the hope of Israel that I am wearing this chain.”
For this reason, therefore, I have asked to see you and speak with you, since it is because of the hope of Israel that I am wearing this chain.”
That is why I wanted to see you and talk with you. I am bound with this chain because ·I believe in [L of] the hope of Israel.”
For this cause therefore have I called for you to see you, and to speak with you: for that hope of Israel’s sake, I am bound with this chain.
That’s why I asked to see you and speak with you. I’m wearing these chains because of what Israel hopes for.”
That is why I asked to see you and talk with you. As a matter of fact, I am bound in chains like this for the sake of him for whom the people of Israel hope.”
For this reason I’ve asked to see you and speak to you. In fact, it is for the hope of Israel that I’m wearing this chain.”
That is why I wanted to see you and talk with you. I am bound with this chain because I believe in the hope of Israel.”
That’s why I asked to see you and speak with you, since it is for the hope of Israel that I’m wearing this chain.”
Three days later Paul invited the leading Jews to meet him, and when they arrived he spoke to them, “Men and brothers, although I have done nothing against our people or the customs of our forefathers, I was handed over to the Romans as a prisoner in Jerusalem. They examined me and were prepared to release me, since they found me guilty of nothing deserving the death penalty. But the attacks of the Jews there forced me to appeal to Caesar—not that I had any charge to make against my own nation. But it is because of this accusation of the Jews that I have asked to see you and talk matters over with you. In actual fact it is on account of the hope of Israel that I am here in chains.”
For this cause therefore I have called for you, to see you and to speak with you: because for the hope of Israel I am bound with this chain.
For this cause therefore have I called for you, to see you, and to speak with you: because that for the hope of Israel I am bound with this chain.
For this cause therefore have I called for you, to see you, and to speak with you: because that for the hope of Israel I am bound with this chain.
Therefore for this reason I have requested to see you and to speak with you, for because of the hope of Israel I am wearing this chain!”
I asked you to come here today so we could get acquainted and I could tell you that it is because I believe the Messiah has come that I am bound with this chain.”
Three days later, Paul called the Jewish leaders together for a meeting at his house. He said, “The Jews in Jerusalem arrested me on trumped-up charges, and I was taken into custody by the Romans. I assure you that I did absolutely nothing against Jewish laws or Jewish customs. After the Romans investigated the charges and found there was nothing to them, they wanted to set me free, but the Jews objected so fiercely that I was forced to appeal to Caesar. I did this not to accuse them of any wrongdoing or to get our people in trouble with Rome. We’ve had enough trouble through the years that way. I did it for Israel. I asked you to come and listen to me today to make it clear that I’m on Israel’s side, not against her. I’m a hostage here for hope, not doom.”
For this reason I have asked to see you and speak with you, because I am bound with this chain for the hope of Israel.”
For this reason, therefore, · I have asked to see you and speak with you, since it is because of the hope of Israel that I wear · this chain.”
That’s why I asked to see you and speak with you. I’m wearing these chains because of what Israel hopes for.”
This is the reason, then, I have requested to see you and to speak with you, for it is on account of the hope of Israel that I wear these chains.”
For this reason, therefore, I requested to see you and to speak with you, for I am wearing this chain for the sake of the hope of Israel.”
That is why I wanted to see you and talk with you. I am bound with this chain because I believe in the hope of Israel.”
So for this reason I have asked to see you and speak with you, for I am bound with this chain because of the hope of Israel.”
I share Israel’s hope. That is why I am held with this chain. So I have asked to see you and talk with you.”
For this reason I have asked to see you and talk with you. It is because of the hope of Israel that I am bound with this chain.”
For this reason I have asked to see you and talk with you. It is because of the hope of Israel that I am bound with this chain.’
For this reason therefore I have called for you, to see you and speak with you, because for the hope of Israel I am bound with this chain.”
The reason I have asked you to come is to tell you this. It is because of the hope of the Jewish nation that I am tied in these chains.”
I asked you to come here today so we could get acquainted and so I could explain to you that I am bound with this chain because I believe that the hope of Israel—the Messiah—has already come.”
For this reason therefore I have asked to see you and speak with you, since it is for the sake of the hope of Israel that I am bound with this chain.”
For this reason therefore I have asked to see you and speak with you, since it is for the sake of the hope of Israel that I am bound with this chain.’
For this reason therefore I have asked to see you and speak with you, since it is for the sake of the hope of Israel that I am bound with this chain.’
For this reason therefore I have asked to see you and speak with you, since it is for the sake of the hope of Israel that I am bound with this chain.”
"On account of this reason, therefore, I summoned you, to see you and to speak with you, since it is for the sake of the tikvat Yisroel that I am wearing these prison sharsherot (chains)."
For this reason therefore I have asked to see you and speak with you, since it is because of the hope of Israel that I am bound with this chain.”
For this reason therefore I have asked to see you and speak with you, since it is because of the hope of Israel that I am bound with this chain.”
For this reason, therefore, I have requested to see you and to speak with you—since it is for the hope of Israel that I am bearing this chain.”
I wanted to gather you together and explain all this to you. I want you to understand that it is because of Israel’s hope that I am bound with this chain.
For this cause therefore I asked to see you and to speak with you. For because of the hope of Israel I am bound with this chain.”
Now, here is why I have asked to see you and to talk to you. I am a prisoner tied with chains because I believe the same promise the Jews believe.'
Therefore for this cause I prayed to see you, and speak to you; for for the hope of Israel I am gird about with this chain.
for this cause, therefore, I called for you to see and to speak with [you], for because of the hope of Israel with this chain I am bound.'
