the holy city, to which he was rushing to knock down to the ground and turn into a mass cemetery, was now free.
And the city to which he was going in haste to lay it even with the ground, and to make it a, common buryingplace, he now desireth to make free.
I once intended to level Jerusalem to the ground and make that holy city a graveyard full of Jews, he said, but now I declare it a free city.
