Therefore, he never withdraws his mercy from us. Although disciplining us with misfortunes, God doesn’t forsake his own people.
And therefore he never withdraweth his mercy from us: but though he chastise his people with adversity, he forsaketh them not.
So the Lord is always merciful to us, his own people. Although he punishes us with disasters, he never abandons us.
