Nicanor, holding his head high with all his boasting, decided to build a public monument marking the defeat of Judas’ forces.
So Nicanor being puffed up with exceeding great pride, thought to set up a public monument of his victory over Judas.
In his arrogance Nicanor had boasted that he would set up a monument in honor of his victory over Judas.
In his utter boastfulness and arrogance Nicanor had determined to erect a public victory monument over Judas and his companions.
This Nicanor in his utter boastfulness and arrogance had determined to erect a public monument of victory over Judas and his forces.
This Nicanor in his utter boastfulness and arrogance had determined to erect a public monument of victory over Judas and his forces.
