He wrote on behalf of all the Judeans who were going up from the kingdom to Judea, for the benefit of their freedom, that no administrator, district governor, or treasurer should break down their doors.
He wrote in behalf of all the Jews who were going up from his kingdom to Judea, in the interest of their freedom, that no officer or satrap or governor or treasurer should forcibly enter their doors;

And he wrote to all the Jews, that went up from the realm in(to) Judea, for freedom, that any man of power, or master judge, and prefect, should not come over to the gates of them,
