Those whom they wish to help come to power, they make kings. Those whom they wish, they bring down. The Romans have been greatly exalted.
That whom they had a mind to help to a kingdom, those reigned: and whom they would, they deposed from a kingdom: and they were greatly exalted.
They helped some men to become kings, while they deposed others; they had become a world power.
Those whom they wish to help and to make kings, they make kings; and those whom they wish, they depose; and they were greatly exalted.
