Lawbreakers were afraid of him and retreated. All evildoers were in turmoil. His hand successfully brought deliverance.
And his enemies were driven away for fear of him, and all the workers of iniquity were troubled: and salvation prospered in his hand.
In fear of him, lawless men huddled together in terror, not knowing which way to turn. He advanced the cause of freedom by what he did.
The lawless were cowed by fear of him, and all evildoers were dismayed. By his hand deliverance was happily achieved,
