But Jezebel his wife came to him, and said unto him, “Why is thy spirit so sad, that thou eatest no bread?”

Then Jezebel his wife came to him and asked him, “Why is your spirit so troubled that you have not eaten?”
But Jezebel his wife came and said to him, Why is your spirit so troubled that you eat no food?
¶ But Jezebel his wife came to him, and said unto him, Why is thy spirit so sad, that thou eatest no bread?
His wife Jezebel came to him. “Why are you upset and not eating any food?” she asked.
Izevel his wife went and said to him, “Why are you so depressed that you refuse to eat?”
Jezebel his wife came in and asked, “What’s wrong? Why won’t you eat?”
And Jezebel his wife came to him, and said to him, Why is thy spirit sullen, and thou eatest no bread?
And Jezabel his wife went in to him, and said to him: What is the matter that thy soul is so grieved? and why eatest thou no bread?
His wife Jezebel went to him and asked him, “Why are you upset? Why do you refuse to eat?”
But Jezebel his wife came to him and said to him, “Why is your spirit so vexed that you eat no food?”
But Jezebel his wife came to him and said to him, “Why is your spirit so vexed that you eat no food?”
His wife, Jezebel, came in and asked him, “Why are you so ·upset [sullen; depressed] that you refuse to eat?”
Then Jezebel his wife came unto him, and said unto him, Why is thy spirit so sad that thou eatest no bread?
His wife Jezebel came to him and asked, “Why are you so resentful of everything? Why don’t you eat?”
His wife Jezebel went to him and asked, “Why are you so depressed? Why won't you eat?”
Then his wife Jezebel came to him and said to him, “Why are you so upset that you refuse to eat?”
His wife, Jezebel, came in. She asked him, “Why are you upset? Why do you refuse to eat?”
But his wife Jezebel went to him and asked him, “How is it that you’re so sullen and refusing to eat?”
¶ And Jezebel, his wife, came to him and said unto him, Why is thy spirit so sad that thou dost eat no bread?

“What in the world is the matter?” his wife, Jezebel, asked him. “Why aren’t you eating? What has made you so upset and angry?”
Jezebel his wife came to him. She said, “What’s going on? Why are you so out of sorts and refusing to eat?”
But Jezebel his wife came to him and said, “Why is your spirit so sad that you refuse to eat bread?”
His wife Jezebel came to him and asked, “Why are you so resentful of everything? Why don’t you eat?”
His wife Jezebel came to him and said to him, “Why are you so sullen that you will not eat?”
But Jezebel his wife came to him and said to him, “How is it that your spirit is so sullen that you are not eating food?”
His wife, Jezebel, came in and asked him, “Why are you so upset that you refuse to eat?”
Then his wife Jezebel came in and said to him, “Why do you have a bitter attitude and refuse to eat?”
His wife Jezebel came in. She asked him, “Why are you in such a bad mood? Why won’t you eat anything?”
His wife Jezebel came in and asked him, “Why are you so sullen? Why won’t you eat?”

But Jezebel his wife came to him, and said to him, “Why is your spirit so sullen that you eat no food?”

“What’s the matter?” his wife Jezebel asked him. “What’s made you so upset that you’re not eating?”

But Jez′ebel his wife came to him, and said to him, “Why is your spirit so vexed that you eat no food?”
But Jez′ebel his wife came to him, and said to him, “Why is your spirit so vexed that you eat no food?”
Then his wife Jezebel came to him and asked him, “Why is your spirit so sullen that you are eating no food?”
Jezebel, his wife, noticed this. Jezebel: What is wrong with you? Why are you not eating anything? This isn’t like you.
But Jezebel his wife came to him, and said to him, “Why is your spirit so sad, that you eat no bread?”
And Jezebel, his wife, entered to him, and said to him, What is this thing, whereof thy soul is made sorry? and why eatest thou not bread? (and why eatest thou no food?)
And Jezebel his wife cometh in unto him, and speaketh unto him, `What [is] this? -- thy spirit sulky, and thou art not eating bread!'
