Therefore David inquired again of God, and God said unto him, “Go not up after them; turn away from them and come upon them opposite the mulberry trees.
And David inquired again of God; and God said unto him, Thou shalt not go up after them: turn away from them, and come upon them over against the mulberry-trees.
So David inquired again of God, and God said to him, “Do not go up after them; circle around behind them and come at them in front of the balsam trees.
And David inquired again of God, and God said to him, Do not go up after them; turn away from them and come [around] upon them over opposite the mulberry trees.
Therefore David enquired again of God; and God said unto him, Go not up after them; turn away from them, and come upon them over against the mulberry trees.
David again asked God’s advice, but God answered, “Don’t attack them directly. Circle around behind them and come at them from in front of the balsam trees.
David consulted God again, but God told him, “Don’t attack them! Turn away from them, and engage them opposite the balsam trees.
David asked God what he should do, and God answered, “Don’t attack them from the front. Circle around behind them where the balsam trees are.
And David inquired again of God; and God said to him, Go not up after them; turn round them and come upon them opposite the mulberry-trees.
And David consulted God again, and God said to him: Go not up after them, turn away from them, and come upon them over against the pear trees.
David prayed to God again, and God answered his prayer. God said, “David, don’t follow the Philistines up the hill when you attack. Instead, go around them and hide on the other side of the balsam trees.
And when David again inquired of God, God said to him, “You shall not go up after them; go around and come against them opposite the balsam trees.
And when David again enquired of God, God said to him, “You shall not go up after them; go round and come against them opposite the balsam trees.
David ·prayed to [inquired of] God again [v. 10], and God answered him, saying, “Don’t attack the Philistines ·from the front [straight on; directly]. Instead, ·go [circle] around them and attack them ·in front of the balsam [or near the poplar] trees.
And when David asked again counsel at God, God said to him, Thou shalt not go up after them, but turn away from them, that thou mayest come upon them over against the mulberry trees.
Once more David asked God. God answered him, “Don’t go after them. Circle around, and come at them in front of the balsam trees.
Once more David consulted God, who answered, “Don't attack them from here, but go around and get ready to attack them from the other side, near the balsam trees.
So David again inquired of God, and God answered him, “Do not pursue them directly. Circle around them and attack them opposite the balsam trees.
So David prayed to God again, and God answered him. God said, “Don’t attack the Philistines from the front. Instead, go around them. Attack them in front of the balsam trees.
When David asked God about it, God told him, “Don’t directly attack them. Instead, go around them and come up against them opposite those balsam trees.
Therefore, David enquired again of God; and God said unto him, Do not go up after them; go around them to come upon them over against the mulberry trees;

And then the Philistines were back at it again, plundering in the valley. David again prayed to God. God answered, “This time don’t attack head-on; circle around and come at them out of the balsam grove. When you hear a sound like shuffling feet in the tops of the balsams, attack; God will be two steps ahead of you, slaughtering the Philistines.”
And David again inquired of God, and God answered him: “Do not go up after them, but turn around behind them and come to them in front of the balsam trees.
Once more David asked Elohim. Elohim answered him, “Don’t go after them. Circle around, and come at them in front of the balsam trees.

Again David asked for God’s counsel. Eternal One: This time do not attack them directly. Circle behind their forces and attack from their rear coming out from the balsam trees.
David inquired again of God; and God said to him, “You shall not go up after them. Turn away from them, and come on them opposite the mulberry trees.
and again David counselled (with) the Lord, and the Lord said to him, Thou shalt not go up after them; go [thou] away from them, and thou shalt come against them even against the pear trees (and thou shalt meet them opposite the pear trees).
and David asketh again of God, and God saith to him, `Do not go up after them, turn round from them, and thou hast come to them from over-against the mulberries;
