  56. But those who seek to destroy my life shall go down into the depths of the earth;
  57. They hold fast to their evil purpose; they talk of laying snares secretly, thinking, “Who can see them?”
  58. They are brought to ruin, with their own tongues turned against them; all who see them will wag their heads.
  59. Come and see what God has done: he is awesome in his deeds toward the children of man.
  60. Your procession is seen, O God, the procession of my God, my King, into the sanctuary—
  61. Let not those who hope in you be put to shame through me, O Lord God of hosts; let not those who seek you be brought to dishonor through me, O God of Israel.
  62. Let their eyes be darkened, so that they cannot see, and make their loins tremble continually.
  63. When the humble see it they will be glad; you who seek God, let your hearts revive.
  64. Let them be put to shame and confusion who seek my life! Let them be turned back and brought to dishonor who delight in my hurt!

    I cry aloud to God, aloud to God, and he will hear me.
  71. In the day of my trouble I seek the Lord; in the night my hand is stretched out without wearying; my soul refuses to be comforted.
  72. Turn again, O God of hosts! Look down from heaven, and see; have regard for this vine,
  73. Fill their faces with shame, that they may seek your name, O Lord.
  74. O God, insolent men have risen up against me; a band of ruthless men seeks my life, and they do not set you before them.
  75. Show me a sign of your favor, that those who hate me may see and be put to shame because you, Lord, have helped me and comforted me.

  105. And see if there be any grievous way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting!
  106. But my eyes are toward you, O God, my Lord; in you I seek refuge; leave me not defenseless!
  107. Look to the right and see: there is none who takes notice of me; no refuge remains to me; no one cares for my soul.
