8 (A)Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today, and forever. 9 (B)Do not be misled by varied and strange teachings; for it is good for the heart to (C)be strengthened by grace, not by (D)foods, (E)through which those who [a]were so occupied were not benefited. 10 We have an altar (F)from which those (G)who serve the [b]tabernacle have no right to eat.

8 Jesus[a] Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. 9 Do not be carried-away[b] by various[c] and strange[d] teachings. For it is good for the heart to be established[e] by grace, not by foods in-connection-with[f] which the ones walking were not profited.
We Have a Spiritual Altar. Let Us Go Out And Offer Sacrifices of Praise
10 We have an altar[g] from which the ones serving[h] in the tabernacle have no right[i] to eat.
