40 For on My holy mountain, on the high mountain of Israel,” declares the Lord God, “there the entire house of Israel, (A)all of them, will serve Me in the land; there I will (B)accept them and there I will demand your contributions and the choicest of your gifts, with all your holy things. 41 [a]As a soothing aroma I will accept you when I (C)bring you out from the peoples and gather you from the lands where you are scattered; and I will show Myself to be (D)holy among you in the sight of the nations. 42 And (E)you will know that I am the Lord, (F)when I bring you into the land of Israel, into the (G)land which I swore to give to your forefathers. 43 And there you will (H)remember your ways and all your deeds by which you have defiled yourselves; and you will (I)loathe yourselves in your own [b]sight for all the evil things that you have done. 44 Then (J)you will know that I am the Lord, when I have dealt with you (K)in behalf of My name, not according to your evil ways or according to your corrupt deeds, house of Israel,” declares the Lord God.’”

There I will accept them and will require your contributions and choicest gifts,(B) all your holy offerings. 41 When I bring you from the peoples and gather you from the countries where you have been scattered, I will accept you as a pleasing aroma. And I will demonstrate My holiness through you in the sight of the nations.(C) 42 When I lead you into the land of Israel, the land I swore[a] to give your fathers, you will know that I am Yahweh.(D) 43 There you will remember your ways and all your deeds that you have defiled yourselves with,(E) and you will loathe yourselves for all the evil things you have done.(F) 44 You will know that I am Yahweh,(G) house of Israel, when I have dealt with you because of My name(H) rather than according to your evil ways and corrupt acts.” This is the declaration of the Lord God.
