¹⁶The Spirit himself bears witness with our own spirits that we are children of God;

¹⁶Through that prayer, God’s Spirit confirms in our spirits that we are His children.

³⁷Yet amid all these things we are more than conquerors ^[a]and gain a surpassing victory through Him Who loved us.

³⁷No, in all these things we are superconquerors, through the one who has loved us.

³⁷But no matter what comes, we will always taste victory through Him who loved us.
