Titus 3:3-7

³For we too were once foolish, disobedient, deceived, enslaved by various passions^(A) and pleasures,^(B) living in malice and envy, hateful, detesting one another.

⁴But when the kindness of God our Savior and His love
for mankind appeared,^(C)
⁵He saved us^(D)—
not by works of righteousness that we had done,^(E)
but according to His mercy,^(F)
through the washing of regeneration^(G)
and renewal by the Holy Spirit.^(H)
⁶He poured out this Spirit on us abundantly^(I)
through Jesus Christ our Savior,
⁷so that having been justified by His grace,^(J)
we may become heirs with the hope of eternal life.^(K)
