27 and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, (A)men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error.

28 And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, (B)God gave them up to (C)a debased mind to do (D)what ought not to be done. 29 They were filled with all manner of unrighteousness, evil, covetousness, malice. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, maliciousness. They are gossips, 30 slanderers, haters of God, insolent, haughty, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents, 31 foolish, faithless, heartless, ruthless. 32 Though they know (E)God's righteous decree that those who practice such things (F)deserve to die, they not only do them but (G)give approval to those who practice them.

27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.(A)

28 Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over(B) to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done. 29 They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips,(C) 30 slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents;(D) 31 they have no understanding, no fidelity, no love,(E) no mercy. 32 Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death,(F) they not only continue to do these very things but also approve(G) of those who practice them.
