¹³ For ^(A)if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you ^(B)put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. ¹⁴ For ^(C)as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.

^16 (A)Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?

¹⁹ Or ^(A)do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, ^(B)and you are not your own? ²⁰ For ^(C)you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body ^[a]and in your spirit, which are God’s.

³⁰ And ^(A)do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

¹⁸ And ^(A)do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit,
