²^(A)Let each of us please his neighbour for his good, to build him up. ³For ^(B)Christ did not please himself, but as it is written, ^(C)“The reproaches of those who reproached you fell on me.” ⁴For ^(D)whatever was written in former days was written for our ^(E)instruction, that through endurance and through ^(F)the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.
