⁷ For ^(A)none of us lives to himself, and no one dies to himself.

² that he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh for the lusts of men, ^(A)but for the will of God.

¹⁵ and He died for all, ^(A)that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again.

^10 (A)who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him.

²⁰ according to my earnest expectation and hope that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but ^(A)with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ will be magnified in my body, whether by life ^(B)or by death. ²¹ For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain. ²² But if I live on in the flesh, this will mean fruit from my labor; yet what I shall choose I ^[a]cannot tell. ^23 [b]For I am hard-pressed between the two, having a ^(C)desire to depart and be with Christ, which is ^(D)far better. ²⁴ Nevertheless to remain in the flesh is more needful for you.

¹⁹ Or ^(A)do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, ^(B)and you are not your own? ²⁰ For ^(C)you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body ^[a]and in your spirit, which are God’s.

¹⁹ For I ^(A)through the law ^(B)died to the law that I might ^(C)live to God. ²⁰ I have been ^(D)crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh ^(E)I live by faith in the Son of God, ^(F)who loved me and gave Himself for me.

⁹ For ^(A)to this end Christ died ^[a]and rose and lived again, that He might be ^(B)Lord of both the dead and the living.

^14 (A)who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed ^(B)and purify for Himself ^(C)His own special people, zealous for good works.
