^4 (A)Another horse, fiery red, went out. And it was granted to the one who sat on it to ^(B)take peace from the earth, and that people should kill one another; and there was given to him a great sword.

² With the first chariot were ^(A)red horses, with the second chariot ^(B)black horses,

⁸ I saw by night, and behold, ^(A)a man riding on a red horse, and it stood among the myrtle trees in the hollow; and behind him were ^(B)horses: red, sorrel, and white.

^34 (B)“Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword.

⁶ I saw ^(A)the woman, drunk ^(B)with the blood of the saints and with the blood of ^(C)the martyrs of Jesus. And when I saw her, I marveled with great amazement.

^10 (A)He who leads into captivity shall go into captivity; ^(B)he who kills with the sword must be killed with the sword. ^(C)Here is the ^[a]patience and the faith of the saints.

³ So he carried me away in the Spirit ^(A)into the wilderness. And I saw a woman sitting ^(B)on a scarlet beast which was full of ^(C)names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

³ And another sign appeared in heaven: behold, ^(A)a great, fiery red dragon having seven heads and ten horns, and seven diadems on his heads.

¹⁹ And because of the majesty that He gave him, ^(A)all peoples, nations, and languages trembled and feared before him. Whomever he wished, he ^(B)executed; whomever he wished, he kept alive; whomever he wished, he set up; and whomever he wished, he put down.

²⁴ I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon and put My sword in his hand; but I will break Pharaoh’s arms, and he will groan before him with the groanings of a mortally wounded man. ²⁵ Thus I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, but the arms of Pharaoh shall fall down; ^(A)they shall know that I am the Lord, when I put My sword into the hand of the king of Babylon and he stretches it out against the land of Egypt.
