⁵ And she gave birth to a son, a male child, who is to rule^[a] all the nations with a scepter of iron. But her child was snatched away and taken to God and to his throne,^(A)

¹⁵ From his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations, and he will rule^[a] them with a scepter of iron; he will tread the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty.^(A)

²⁹ and I confer on you, just as my Father has conferred on me, a kingdom,^(A)

²⁷ All things have been handed over to me by my Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.^(A)

¹¹ and shall say to them: Thus says the Lord of hosts: So will I break this people and this city as one breaks a potter’s vessel, so that it can never be mended. In Topheth they shall bury until there is no more room to bury.^(A)

²⁴ Father, I desire that those also, whom you have given me, may be with me where I am, to see my glory, which you have given me because you loved me before the foundation of the world.^(A)

²² until the Ancient One^[a] came; then judgment was given for the holy ones of the Most High, and the time arrived when the holy ones gained possession of the kingdom.^(A)
