^2 (A)who bore witness to the word of God, and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, to all things ^(B)that he saw.

⁶ even as ^(A)the testimony of Christ was confirmed ^[a]in you,

¹⁷ And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to make war with the rest of her offspring, who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus ^[a]Christ.

³⁵ And he who has seen has testified, and his testimony is ^(A)true; and he knows that he is telling the truth, so that you may ^(B)believe.

Fifth Seal: The Cry of the Martyrs

⁹ When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under ^(A)the altar ^(B)the souls of those who had been slain ^(C)for the word of God and for ^(D)the testimony which they held.

Vision of the Son of Man

⁹ I, John, ^[a]both your brother and ^(A)companion in the tribulation and ^(B)kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was on the island that is called Patmos for the word of God and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.

⁷ For there are three that bear witness ^[a]in heaven: the Father, ^(A)the Word, and the Holy Spirit; ^(B)and these three are one. ⁸ And there are three that bear witness on earth: ^(C)the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and these three agree as one.

⁹ If we receive ^(D)the witness of men, the witness of God is greater; ^(E)for this is the witness of ^[b]God which He has testified of His Son. ¹⁰ He who believes in the Son of God ^(F)has the witness in himself; he who does not believe God ^(G)has made Him a liar, because he has not believed the testimony that God has given of His Son. ¹¹ And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.
