Psalm 145:4-13

New International Version

⁴ One generation^(A) commends your works to another;
    they tell^(B) of your mighty acts.^(C)
5 They speak of the glorious splendor^(D) of your majesty—
    and I will meditate on your wonderful works.^[a](E)
6 They tell^(F) of the power of your awesome works—^(G)
    and I will proclaim^(H) your great deeds.^(I)
7 They celebrate your abundant goodness^(J)
    and joyfully sing^(K) of your righteousness.^(L)

⁸ The Lord is gracious and compassionate,^(M)
    slow to anger and rich in love.^(N)

⁹ The Lord is good^(O) to all;
    he has compassion^(P) on all he has made.
¹⁰ All your works praise you,^(Q) Lord;
    your faithful people extol^(R) you.^(S)
11 They tell of the glory of your kingdom^(T)
    and speak of your might,^(U)
12 so that all people may know of your mighty acts^(V)
    and the glorious splendor of your kingdom.^(W)
13 Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom,^(X)
    and your dominion endures through all generations.

The Lord is trustworthy^(Y) in all he promises^(Z)
    and faithful in all he does.^[b]
