⁷^(A)Gilead is mine; Manasseh is mine;
    ^(B)Ephraim is ^(C)my helmet;
    Judah is my ^(D)scepter.
⁸^(E)Moab is my washbasin;
    upon Edom I ^(F)cast my shoe;
    over ^(G)Philistia I shout in triumph.”^[a]

⁹Who will bring me to the fortified city?
